Dr. Julian Ungar-Sargon is a neurologist with experience in electrodiagnosis, including E.M.G., E.E.G., and evoked potentials. He is also experienced in pain management, a variety of techniques including epidurals, nerve blocks, and BoTox injections when conventional therapy and medicine has failed to alleviate pain. Dr. Ungar trained in England and did his residency and fellowship at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York and has held teaching positions in the Medical College of Pennsylvania as well as Harvard Medical School.
Dennis is the neurological technician at Neurology & Pain Management. His primary duties include nerve conduction and evoked potential studies. He received his education for neurological testing at MCI in Chicago, IL. He has been in the medical field for 9 years and is married to his loving wife Melissa with whom he has four children.
Mikki is the Office Manager and Medical Assistant to Dr Ungar-Sargon. She graduated from Ivy Tech State College with an Associate Degree in Nursing. In addition, she studied Wound Care/Pressure Ulcers in continuing education. She has worked in long-term care for six years as a Charge Nurse and Wound Treatment Nurse. Mikki is from Northwest Indiana and has lived in Rensselaer for 10 years. Since 1999, she has been married to Daniel Yeoman with whom she has nine children.
Ruth graduated from Porter Memorial School of Radiography in 1991. Following her graduation, Ruth spent 2 years at St. Anthony’s in Michigan City performing CT scans. She spent the next 4 1/2 years in Monticello performing sonograms. Since 2001, Ruth has been a stay at home mom where she and her husband Jeff are raising their son Jeffrey and daughter Nicole. Ruth operates the C-Arm at Neurology and Pain Management.
Patricia received her education from MCI in Chicago and has been in the medical field for 17 years. Her primary duties at Neurology and Pain Management include EEG’s and Ambulatory EEG’s.
